Prospect must be able to manually underwrite a loan on both front end and back end. Seeking individual that has enormous work ethic and dedication. Individual must be independent decision maker and be able to derive solutions while maintaining high level of ethics, compliance and due diligence. Applicant must exhibit full understanding of income analysis, credit analysis, title analysis, RESPA ,TILA and TRID regulations, State and Federal regulations, REG Z, review of entity and trust docs, hazard insurance, fraud due diligence and vast knowledge in both refinance and purchase transactions. Commercial underwriting background and experience is a plus. Must be able to commute to Calabasas, CA five days a week.
